This policy explains how Samway Grill handles information through this website and the Samway Social Publisher app used to manage Samway Grill’s Facebook Page and connected professional Instagram account.

This website

Samway’s public pages provide restaurant information, menu guidance and links. This website does not accept or store new customer orders. The retired website basket is cleared automatically and no longer creates orders.

Samway Social Publisher

The Samway Social Publisher app is an internal business tool. It accesses Samway Grill’s Facebook Page and connected professional Instagram account only so authorized Samway staff can publish approved restaurant images and captions and confirm whether that content was published.

The app may process Samway’s Page and Instagram account identifiers, approved media and captions, publishing times, platform post or media identifiers, permalinks, publishing status, and the authorization credentials or access tokens needed to operate Samway’s accounts. It does not ask Page visitors for their Facebook or Instagram login, friends, contacts, private messages, payment information, or precise location.

How app information is used and shared

App information is used only to operate, secure, audit, and troubleshoot Samway Grill’s own social publishing workflow. Approved media and captions are sent to Meta for publication. Authorization credentials are kept in restricted business systems, are not placed in public content or logs, and are rotated, revoked, or deleted when no longer needed. Operational records are available only to authorized Samway staff and service providers needed to operate those systems. Samway does not sell this information or use it to build advertising profiles about Page visitors.

Measurement

Order buttons include campaign labels so Samway can understand which page sent a customer to GloriaFood. This website does not activate Meta Pixel or Google Analytics unless Samway separately configures those services.

Access and deletion requests

To ask about information handled by this website or the Samway Social Publisher app, or to request correction or deletion of some or all app-related information tied to an authorizing Facebook, Instagram, or business account, email samwaygrill@gmail.com with the subject “Samway Social Publisher data request” or call (306) 954-5100. A specific post or media identifier is optional. Samway will verify the requester’s authority and delete the information it controls unless applicable law or regulation requires retention; any legally retained information will be restricted and deleted when that obligation ends. Samway may retain information only in aggregated, obscured, or de-identified form when it can no longer identify the requester or account. Content and interactions stored by Facebook or Instagram are also subject to Meta’s own privacy and deletion controls.
