Samway Grill

Terms of service.

These terms apply to the Samway Social Publisher app, an internal business tool used by authorized Samway Grill staff to publish approved restaurant content to Samway Grill’s Facebook Page and connected professional Instagram account.

Authorized use

The app is not offered as a public consumer service. Only people authorized by Samway Grill may use it. Users must protect account access, follow Samway’s approval process, and publish only content that Samway is permitted to use.

Platform rules

Use of the app must also comply with the applicable Facebook, Instagram, and Meta terms and policies. Meta controls its own platforms, availability, content handling, and account features.

Changes and suspension

Samway Grill may change, restrict, suspend, or stop the app when needed for security, compliance, maintenance, or business operations. These terms may be updated as the app or applicable requirements change.
